Taking a stand…Idle No More


For those following the “Idle No More” movement, this is an excellent segment from Democracy Now discussing this movement originating in Canada.  Chief Theresa Spence is into her third week of a hunger strike in protest for aboriginal rights and the environment.

Harper’s conservative cronies cannot like how this has unfolded as it has brought native and non-native people together in solidarity against the oppressive Harper regime.
