So Which Country Lives in Fear???

Which of these countries harbors the most fear?  The following is a list of the top fifteen military spenders.  The graph is from Wikipedia, but you can confirm the data at http://www.sipri.org/.  The website has a lot of excellent information.

The sad part about this is that we can’t fund our health care system or our schools.  We can’t even give our increasingly growing number of veterans proper health care.

So again, which country lives in fear???

    That is an insane amount of money to spend on killing each other. If we even spent half as much money globally on education, healthcare and poverty eradication, maybe we would not need so much military spending.
