    In my mind, the better question is can government better balance our tax policies, expenses, and investments in a way that provides more stability and opportunity for everyone that wants to contribute to society. GOP have tipped the balance too much towards the top, convenietly forgetting that those at the top benefit from collective societal investment. Wording the question that government should “guarantee” is a little strong, in my opinion.
